Awareness-building workshop offered on September 29

This last September 29, the Centre offered an awareness-building workshop, for the International Day of Non-Violence, which goal was to create a space for conversation and discussion related to the five campaign themes. The young people of Forum Jeunesse de Saint-Michel, to which the workshop was addressed, expressed critical thinking as well as the ability to question their certainties.

The International Day of Non-Violence is celebrated on October 2

“Non-violence doesn’t come automatically. It is the highest quality of the heart, and it comes from practice.”
– Ghandi, Young India magazine
